This is Mt Kinabalu. Me, my sister Susan and my niece Kate climbed this mother of a mountain. It is 4035m high, thats half the height of Mt Everest.

It takes 2 days to climb. The first night we stayed at base camp which is about 3000m high. I got altitude sickness......yeeech!

The next day we got up at 2am to climb the rest of the way to catch the sunrise from the top. We had to hire a sherpa, but cos I was still suffering a little from altitude sickness, susan and kate raced on ahead and the sherpa stayed with me as I had to make frequent stops.

Well me made it to the top and the view was pretty awesome
